Only two cashier desks and not even a paying in machine so sometimes have to wait a little while and the stuff is ok I would say just average but been to better TSB branches before.

This HSBC, at the bottom of Kilburn High Road, is extremely efficient, with its automated services, for example 1) Paying in cash, 2) Depositing a cheque, or 3) Withdrawing cash, all done in a few seconds. The only negative, is that it can be a little frustrating, waiting to pay money in or take money out (along with customers making enquiries), with regards to queueing for the cashiers behind the glass windows. And that is especially true if only one window is in operation. However, I have given this HSBC, five stars, because they allow me to take my (well-behaved) dog into this branch, and when they see her, they treat her to a dog biscuit. Nice gesture. And, I have found the staff very friendly and helpful too. Incidentally, BARCLAYS in Cricklewood don't allow dogs, so good for you, HSBC, well done on being 'dog friendly.' I have been with HSBC Bank for over 40 years (with my account being held at various branches) and would highly recommend them.
The staff are very nice and get your bank and money in there very fast and I like how the machines work so when you take money out they do not crash every time like they do in the other ones in London smells a bit like cigarettes in there They should close at 6 pm not five as most people finish work at 5 pm and would get home to kilburn st 5:30 6 pm but good place.
