They are very keen agents to get you to look at as many properties that they have on their books for your budget. that's a good point BUT when it came down to the nitty gritty of realistic price of what a property is Really worth they don't listen to you as a buyer and wont budge on price. I bought the same type of property with a different agent for 20K less.
