Fantastic service from Amos and Dawn at Park Lane after I'd mistakenly ordered a car with the wrong transmission. Instead of telling me to put up with it (which is what some car hire places would have done), they quickly located a replacement car in a nearby branch and then lent me a car to drive there - and they escorted me there just to make sure everything went smoothly too. Great service, great atittude, great people - I'm certain to rent from them again.
Incredibly friendly staff and great service. While one person was taking care of the paperwork another one was already bringing the van. Very efficient! I was out in 10 minutes, including checking for damages and so on. Best car hire I have been to so far in the UK.

Excellent, fast service for a very reasonable price. They helped us with our annual PAT testing, and did the job on a Saturday, so we could avoid causing any disturbance in the office. We will definitely use them in the future and will recommend them to any local businesses.
