Excellent bike shop. The staff are friendly and they offer free inspection and tyre pump ups on your bike. Couldn't go wrong with cycle surgery.
It was suppose to be a simple puncture fix and it turned out a lot harder. Euan gave me great advise and did even price match so I could get new tyres. Absolutely great full for his help and fixing my wheels.

Fantastic service! They checked my bike, inflated the wheels and gave me some tips on how to maintain it. Really patient at my inexperience with bikes, explaining every step on how to treat a rusty chain. Really appreciated!
I didn't have a hex key for my brompton saddle so I couldn't use it. I went in and asked if the guy at the till could help me, which he did. He got the key and adjusted the saddle for me. Many thanks! 4 stars because I called beforehand just incase but they didn't answer.

I used the bikes during my 3 days in London.! Good way to know the city.! The only problem is that you have to change the bike each 30min to avoid extra charge. But sometimes it was difficult to find another bike station and you could waste a little of time during all that process..

Had a lovely time riding around London on these bikes but got stung on the price which is Not explained well at all. Basically the first half hour is free of each journey but then it's £2 per half hour for 24 hours and higher after that. There are loads of docking stations but many times they were full so you then have to bike to find another (we did find a helpful app with maps telling you where the docking stations were and how full too) The pricing point firstly states it's free for first 30 mins then £2 for 24 hours, not true, it's badly explained. You have to keep docking your bike in all the time to keep the price down. Still a good fun way to get around, i would use these bikes again but think that it's fairer if your fully aware of the charges instead of wondering where that £40 has suddenly disappeared too from your bank account a few days later.

I have come here many times for smaller fixes, and they have always done it on the spot in a very friendly and competent manner, and sometimes just for a fiver or a tenner. But really for any kind of repairs I would highly recommend this place.
Very knowledgable, welcoming, easy, helpful, efficient. Wide range of cargo bike stock and accessories- like no other shop we tried for this type of bike. Alex really knew his stuff and took the time to show me the various models. You can even ride before you buy as they have plenty of models for hire- this was really useful. Tried the bike Tues, called up to buy Weds, ready to collect midday Thurs having been serviced and set up. Still early days with the bike but with a free service in 4-6 weeks we do t envisage any problems!
