Nice location, facilities and a good day out. Arranged to go to this spa for a girl's Day trip. Treatment was great, very relaxing and the therapists were lovely. All of my friends attested that they were treated nicely by theirs. It didn't get off to the greatest start but turned into a pleasant day. Be aware that they do have swimming lessons for children but this finished about three pm and we had the pool to ourselves after this. The jacuzzi wasn't working due to not being able to regulate the temperature but they do try to accommodate you with an alternative. This along with the questionable staff member at the beginning are the only reason why I gave it a 4 star. Irrespective of this, you will have a relaxing time and I would go again.
I enjoyed this spa very much. Everything was clean and there were plenty of lockers (bring £1 coin). Decent showers with hair/body gel. The gym had free weights, machines, & cardio equipment. Nice size pool for swimming in lanes and chairs to relax. The jacuzzi was a bit small, but I just waited until I had it to myself. There's also a steam room & sauna. All in all I had a lovely time and would def. go back to the spa / gym.

The staff are all so helpful and informative. I am really pleased with my treatment and have told all of my friends and family about this gem of a spa. Great work ladies.

An incredibly friendly welcome and exceptional service offered throughout my visit. Amazing views from the reception area/gym. Facilities are immaculately clean. Access to spa treatment rooms requires a walk through gym floor, which isn't ideal. However, my massage was very good; nice selection of oils, lovely heated "bed" and good level of pressure. Pool area is accessed via panoramic lift. Pool itself was a little cold but refreshing. Plenty of seating around the pool and a nice selection of newspapers available to read. Steam room very clean and efficient. Sadly the sauna hadn't been turned on when I planned to use it so I did not have opportunity to enjoy. Showers offer a selection of quality toiletries (Molton Brown, I think) and high pressure water. Overall a very good spa experience. Would recommend.
Near to my office. Lunch time break for weights. 30 mins pool. Trainer is excellent
