I found the service offered very useful. I was seen on time, by a kind and interested doctor. I would definitely recommend the London Doctor's clinic.
I arrived around 10 minutes early to the clinic, signed in and told the receptionist my appointment details. I was told to sit down and wait. I was not called for my appointment until 10 minutes after my dedicated time and when I arrived to meet the doctor, it was assumed that I had arrived late as she did not know the reason why I had been called up late and had to rush my appointment. I did not feel entirely welcome because of this delay and was already relatively stressed out related to why I had booked an appointment to see the GP in the first place. The doctor was professional and did all she could to help me and had apologized for the delay. But I think there is some sort of miscommunication between your reception and your doctors. I don't think I will be returning because of this rather uncomfortable experience.
